We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg.

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Luxembourg fund industry, working with a variety of fund structures and financial instruments. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong analytical skills, and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy and teamwork.

You will work closely with clients, advisors, and auditors, ensuring seamless interaction and managing key financial processes such as SPV, and funds accounting, NAV calculations, VAT & tax returns, and periodic CSSF / BCL reporting.

As part of this fast-paced environment, you'll assist in the preparation of the quarterly and year-end closings, liaising with investors, and assisting in board meetings.

About the role

In this role, you will :

• Handle the day-to-day administration, bookkeeping for various Luxembourg SPVs and funds;
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and year-end closings including related NAV calculations (where required);
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports;
• Liaison and interaction with clients, client advisors, investors, auditors (dealing with audit queries) and any other third parties;
• Assisting in the organization of board meetings and shareholders' meetings;
• Assisting in the preparation of VAT & Tax returns;
