Description de posteYou will manage a portfolio of clients and handle their periodic and year-end financial closings, including preparing financial statements and other required regulatory reports. You will be responsible for preparing Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax filings. You will participate in the Net Asset Value (NAV) production process, covering a range of financial and accounting tasks. Addressing inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, as well as resolving internal accounting-related matters, will be part of your role. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients in various industries, including private equity and real estate within the fund sector. Reporting on client needs and expectations will be a key part of your duties. You will maintain and update the Investor register and the capital table. Knowledge of CSSF reporting, AIFMD, and BCL reporting will be a plus Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance 2-3 years of professional experience in the Fund industry, including audit firms or similar role Experience in NAV calculations and NAV production Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Proactive and initiative-driven Organized and methodical approach Effective task prioritization and workload management Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices Interview coaching session before the client meeting Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
