The IT Support department is responsible for ensuring business applications run smoothly and efficiently across the organization. They handle user issues, troubleshoot software problems, implement updates and enhancements, and provide technical assistance to employees using business applications.
The team also monitors application performance, coordinates with vendors for support, and helps maintain documentation for the different software systems in use. They serve as a bridge between end-users and complex business applications, helping to maximize productivity and minimize disruption to business operations.
In order to support our team, we are looking for a ServiceNow Process Analyst .
In this role, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform to meet the organization's business needs.
Your main tasks will be to :
- Design and optimize ITIL processes in the ServiceNow platform
- Design, develop, test, and implement solutions for the ServiceNow platforms including Service Portal
- Design and develop dashboards, workflows and other items in the ServiceNow platform
- Support and train users (IT / non IT) on the platform
- Act as the backup of the CMDB manager, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of the CMDB
- Provide technical expertise and support for ServiceNow platform-related issues.
- Create and maintain documentation, procedures and processes for ITIL services
Job requirements :
Studies in Information TechnologyExtensive working experience with ITIL Platform, ideally ServiceNowPropose innovation in the usage of ServiceNow within the bank, develop new features, coordinates the regular maintenanceKnowledge of VMWare, Linux and Microsoft Windows Server environments is an advantageKnowledge of technical investigation is an assetAbility to create, maintain and follow the procedures related to the ITIL platform.Be familiar with IT system management (access policies, updates requirement, monitoring)Previous experience in a financial institution would be an assetExcellent knowledge of English (oral and written) – French considered as an advantageAbility to work in team and participate to the out-of-office hour support on-call programGood communication and organisation skills and initiative takerPlease be aware that in accordance with the law of July 23, 2016, the selected candidate will be requested to provide a criminal record (section 3)
