MIBL now has an opening in its IT department for a : Service Now Engineer (CDI) (Ref : ITSN0404) Role responsibilities : The service Now Engineer is responsible for configuring,developing and maintaining the Service Now Platform,ensuring its stability,automation, and integration with IT and business processes while aligning with ITIL best practices. Your role : Administer, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM based on business requirements. Ensure the stability, performance and security of the platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting. Automate workflows and processes. Work with an ITIL framework, supporting incident, change and problem management processes. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BA, PM, IT Teams, Banking operations to ensure stability and enhancement of the system. Demonstrate good organizational, communication and writing skills. Keep up to date with the latest evolutions of the ServiceNow platform Your profile : 3 years of work experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Strong IT Service Management ( ITSM ) and product / development experience. Familiar with ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Change Management. Good technical skills & willingness to keep up to date on technological advances. Previous experience in the Financial industry is highly appreciated. Strong analytical, problem solving skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Good verbal / written communication in English is mandatory, any other language is considered as an advantage. Able to work on multiple items simultaneously, flexible in terms of afterhours support and planned weekend work.
