Your day-to-day
Take ownership of the administrative side of client engagements, ensuring smooth coordination from set-up through to closure.
Assist Managers by preparing and refining proposals, drafting engagement documentation, supporting client onboarding, tracking budgets, and compiling progress updates.
Handle organizational and logistical tasks for the team, such as scheduling internal and external meetings, monitoring deadlines, maintaining client files, and overseeing archiving.
Act as the central point of contact within the team, ensuring effective communication with clients and delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
Manage day-to-day correspondence, process client mail, and prepare payment instructions when required.
Your profile
Degree in administration, secretarial studies, or a similar field.
Minimum one year of relevant professional experience, ideally in a corporate, legal, or financial setting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Proactive, service-oriented attitude with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
Motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with different stakeholders.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and show initiative.
Fluent in English; proficiency in French is a significant asset. Knowledge of another European language is a plus.
