Client Relationship Administrator – Corporate & Accounting Team

Your day-to-day

• Take ownership of the administrative side of client engagements, ensuring smooth coordination from set-up through to closure.
• Assist Managers by preparing and refining proposals, drafting engagement documentation, supporting client onboarding, tracking budgets, and compiling progress updates.
• Handle organizational and logistical tasks for the team, such as scheduling internal and external meetings, monitoring deadlines, maintaining client files, and overseeing archiving.
• Act as the central point of contact within the team, ensuring effective communication with clients and delivering accurate, high-quality administrative support.
• Manage day-to-day correspondence, process client mail, and prepare payment instructions when required.
