The Luxembourg office plays a key role within the global network, handling high-value, cross-border disputes and arbitration matters. The Role As part of the continued growth of its Dispute Resolution practice, the firm is looking to hire a Litigation & Arbitration Lawyer for its Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will : Handle a broad range of litigation and arbitration cases, with a focus on commercial and civil law; Assist clients in both advisory and contentious matters, including representation before Luxembourg courts; Act in arbitration proceedings (domestic and international); Collaborate with colleagues from other practice groups and offices worldwide on cross-border matters. Candidate Profile ⚠️ This role is strictly open to qualified lawyers with Bar admission – candidates with in-house or legal counsel backgrounds will not be considered. Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or IV), or another EU Bar with eligibility for the CCDL; 4–6 years PQE in litigation and / or arbitration within a law firm; Strong academic record and proven legal drafting skills; Fluency in French and English is required; German and / or Luxembourgish would be a strong asset; Additional expertise in data protection would be considered an advantage; Team-oriented, yet able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills; The Offer A highly competitive remuneration package; Benefits (gym, travels, yoga, meal vouchers...)
