Job descriptionMinimum 2 ans d'expérience dans le support informatique ou le helpdesk. Bonnes connaissances de Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory et Azure AD. Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes matériels, logiciels et réseau. Sens de la sécurité informatique et du respect des procédures. Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et excellentes qualités relationnelles. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. Diplôme ou certification en informatique (ITIL apprécié). Responsabilités principales
- Fournir un support technique de premier et deuxième niveau aux utilisateurs, sur site et à distance.
- Gérer les comptes utilisateurs (créations, droits d'accès, mots de passe) dans Active Directory et Azure AD.
- Aider à l'utilisation des outils Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Participer à la configuration et au déploiement des ordinateurs et logiciels via Intune ou SCCM.
- Assurer la sécurité des postes via Microsoft Defender et veiller à la conformité des appareils.
- Gérer les problèmes de connexion réseau, VPN ou impression.
- Accompagner les nouveaux arrivants (préparation des ordinateurs, création de profils, configuration des accès).
- Documenter les incidents et les solutions dans l'outil de suivi (ServiceNow ou Orangescrum).
- Collaborer avec les équipes infrastructure et CyberSécurité pour améliorer les services IT.
- Participer à des projets d'amélioration continue et d'automatisation.
