Partner and Client Services Officer – French Market

In this role, you will participate in the relationship and administrative management of daily operations on contracts for the French market.

More specifically, you will :

• Be the privileged point of contact of our partners and clients (such as brokers, asset managers and banks) during the whole life of a contract;
• Handle phone calls related to requests and questions from partners and clients about current operations;
• Build a strong professional relationship with our partners;
• Deal with daily contracts administration from A to Z on any transactions (new business, surrenders, switches,…);
• Work on dedicated and external funds;
• Process complex and non-standard operations;
• Liaise with our internal services, such as AML, KYC Office, Assets Controlling, Wealth planning, Accounting, Sales etc. to ensure the quality and timely delivery of our operations;
• Collect, identify and formalize partners or clients' requests while being proactive and offering solutions;
• Deal with digital processes and help achieving their constant improvement;
• Actively participate in projects in line with our strategy, such as process and quality improvement, database analysis, etc.;

Your Team :

You work in the LPS department (Assurance en Libre Prestation de Service) who offers International Life Insurance. The Partner & Client Services department takes care of all general customer (private clients and business partners) inquiries and operational activities.
