Ton profil

Bac minimum (administratif, commercial ou similaire)
Une première expérience dans le service client est un atout, mais les débutants motivés sont bienvenus
Bonne maîtrise du français et du luxembourgeois (à l’oral et à l’écrit). L'anglais et / ou l'allemand sont un atout
Organisation, rigueur et envie d’apprendre
Aisance avec les outils digitaux

Ta mission

Être le premier contact et le héros du quotidien de nos clients B2B & B2C

Gérer leurs demandes (souscriptions, changements, résiliations)

Trouver des solutions avec les équipes internes et rendre chaque expérience unique

Participer à l’amélioration continue de nos process pour que tout roule encore mieux
