Junior Prospectus Approval Officer

Permanent contract (F / M)

Responsibilities

According to the applicable frameworks (including the LuxSE’s Rules,Regulations and the Prospectus Act), your responsibilities will be :

Handling requests for the admission to listing and trading of securities;

Performing the analysis of prospectuses;

Conducting compliance checks, including AML and KYC;

Managing the approval of prospectuses in relation to issuers and financial products;

Acquiring the ability to support – as a subject matter expert – the commercial teams in client meetings, when and if needed.

Requirements and skills

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter, including finance, economics, accounting

Eagerness and ambition to learn a unique profession

A strong interest in financial instruments and capital markets

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally internally and with customers

Team player with the ability to work independently

Organised, rigorous with strong analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Very good command of German is an asset (in particular, reading)
