As HR Advisor, you’ll lead initiatives across Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility, while providing strategic HR guidance to teams and leaders across multiple countries.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you’ll ensure HR operations remain compliant, efficient, and people-focused — helping the organization grow globally while keeping its human touch.
Description
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs to support engagement and competitiveness.
- Oversee global mobility operations, including international assignments, relocations, and cross-border transfers.
- Ensure compliance with tax, social security, labor, and immigration regulations in all relevant jurisdictions.
- Provide expert advice to managers and employees on HR policies, labor laws, and mobility matters.
- Review, update, and implement HR and mobility policies in line with global and local requirements.
- Support annual performance review and compensation benchmarking processes.
- Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and the overall employee experience.
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.3–5 years of experience in international HR, ideally within Global Mobility and / or Compensation & Benefits.Fluent in English ; proficiency in French is a plus.Solid understanding of multi-country payroll, tax, social security, and immigration frameworks.Proven track record in managing mobility programs and international assignments.Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.Offer
