Corporate Lawyer support - Your Role

• Transaction management : Handle corporate documentation and day-to-day files, developing solid technical expertise in Luxembourg corporate law.
• Drafting and reviewing : Prepare and structure legal documents, from board minutes to agreements, ensuring accuracy and precision.
• Collaboration with lawyers : Work closely with associates and partners, offering support and contributing to ongoing transactions.
• Progressive involvement : While the position is operational in nature, exposure to more complex and strategic matters will increase over time.
