HR Business Partner - International company

One of our clients is currently seeking an HR Business Partner (M / F) to join their Human Resources team in Luxembourg.

About the role :

As an HR Business Partner you'll have to understand the talent profile of the business you'll support and the workforce management required to be successful in the long term. Additionally you will be an advocate of the HR operating model and expert in navigating HR process and procedure as well as a guardian of employee experience, responsible for ensuring HR compliance to local legislation, policy and procedure.

In this role, you will :

• Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Conduct regular meetings with respective business units.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.
• Gather information and support from Talent Development.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Consult with internal legal / counsel as appropriate on personnel matters.
• Develop (with TA function) contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Align with company's Talent & Reward policy and procedures.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
