Hays - Technical Support ( AD - IAM)

We are looking for a Technical Support on IAM and Active Directory.

The person will also help on migration project (Windows 11 : coordination tasks notably).

Client is using ServiceNow for incident management.

We need someone available ASAP for a replacement for 1 up to 3 months (could be long term, depending on budget approval).

Responsibilities

• Assume ownership and responsibility for the local IAM processes
• Support the business and ensure, that policy-aligned controls are implemented and adhered to, e.g. 4-Eyes-Principles and Segregation of Duties
• Foster a timely processing of user access requests and recertification-based access revocations
• Collaborate with both local and global stakeholders, especially the IT Application Owners and Technical Information Security Officers on identity and access related topics
• Coordinate ITIL related process for your processes, such as Incident, Problem and Change management

Knowledge of Luxemburg regulations and experience in the financial sector is an advantage.
