Job descriptionStudies in Information Technology Relevant experience in support functions in banking environment Very good knowledge of SWIFT, application and infrastructure, and Olympic technical side (Tables, SQL requests) are required Knowledge of E2Gen, RIVA, GTMatch will be real assets Knowledge of iSeries OS400, Windows, Linux will be considered as an advantage Fluent in English. French is an asset Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability Fast learner and ability to quickly understand problems Positive and proactive attitude towards new tasks Customer and service-oriented mind-set - Focus on quality services Good organisation skills and stress resilience Good team player and communicator Flexible regarding the working time (Availability to be on call outside business hours)
The IT Support department is responsible for the daily operations and applications support. In order to reinforce the current team, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for the support of our main Banking Applications.
In order to support our team, we are looking for an IT Application Support specialist on a permanent contract.
Your main tasks will be :
- Level 2-3 support the production environment, hosting innovation solutions and Olympic (ERI) and SWIFT issues
- Root cause analysis of incidents
- Coordinate with users and consultants for testing developments and corrections
- Provide expert support on core applications to Project teams
