The IT Support department is responsible for the daily operations and applications support. In order to reinforce the current team, we are looking for a person who will be responsible for the support of our main Banking Applications.
In order to support our team, we are looking for an IT Application Support specialist on a permanent contract.
Your main tasks will be :
- Level 2-3 support the production environment, hosting innovation solutions and Olympic (ERI) and SWIFT issues
- Root cause analysis of incidents
- Coordinate with users and consultants for testing developments and corrections
- Provide expert support on core applications to Project teams
Job requirements :
Studies in Information TechnologyRelevant experience in support functions in banking environmentVery good knowledge of SWIFT, application and infrastructure, and Olympic technical side (Tables, SQL requests) are requiredKnowledge of E2Gen, RIVA, GTMatch will be real assetsKnowledge of iSeries OS400, Windows, Linux will be considered as an advantageFluent in English.
