About you | The Role

As a Business Analyst Senior – Strategy & Operations , you will work closely with the Executive Management to analyze and optimize business processes, support strategic projects, and provide actionable insights to drive company performance and growth.

This position is at the crossroads of business consulting and data analysis and plays a key role in transforming information into strategic actions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data from sales, operations, market and competition.
• Deliver clear dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Process Optimization

Strategic Projects

Desired Profile

Experience : 5–7 years in consulting, business analysis, strategic project management or performance management.

Technical Skills :

Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Soft Skills :
