To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Sales Account Manager speaking French and English Your main responsibilitiesDevelop business with existing and potential new clients : Consultancy & Recruitment needs, lead for the IT & Software project teamThe position will be a client and candidate facing oneDevelop and maintain customer and consultant relationshipsAchieve a quarterly targetWork collaboratively with the technical and marketing teamsGenerate new business from dormant accountsDetection and response to the calls for tenders while respecting the deadlines Your profileYou have at least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager, Sales, Business Developer or similar roleFluent in English and in FrenchStrong knowledge of the IT Luxembourgish marketRecruitment cycle managementStrong communication skills Excellent negotiating and presentation skillsAmbitious, flexible, proactive, organized and enthusiasticResult and customer satisfaction orientated If at the end of the recruitment process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
