The Purpose :

In this strategic role, you will own and manage PPRO Group's Outsourcing Framework. This includes developing and maintaining appropriate policies and procedures, reviewing risk assessments, performing oversight and review of all PPRO outsourcing arrangements (including intragroup ones). You will play a major role in helping PPRO business functions across the globe properly monitor performance against agreed SLAs on an ongoing basis.

Your impact in this role :

• Developing, maintaining and managing the PPRO Outsourcing Framework
• Support the management, business owners, officers or functions to manage the risks associated with outsourcing
• Perform due diligence and risk assessment activities as required by our third-party lifecycle management process
• Complete risk and materiality assessments of any potential outsourcing and prepare materials for regulatory notification when applicable
• Maintain outsourcing and third-party registers in line with regulatory requirements
• Perform ongoing monitoring activities of our critical outsourcing and third-party arrangements, including SLA monitoring, escalation of breaches to management and key stakeholders and reporting to the Board of Directors.
• Escalate risks identified through risk assessments and / or monitoring activities in line with our Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Collaborate with Risk on the Risk Appetite Monitoring process, including KRI reporting and represent Outsourcing and Third-Party risks in the Group-Wide Risk Committee.
• Ensuring appropriate exit plans are in place and appropriately maintained for critical outsourcing arrangements
• Conduct, as required, onsite audits of material outsourcing providers
• Work effectively with Risk, Information Security, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance and Data Protection teams to ensure outsourced services meet all relevant requirements
• Work with the Legal team to ensure the PPRO Intragroup Outsourcing Agreement including SLAs are regularly reviewed and kept up to date
• Act as point of contact for outsourcing-related regulatory queries and liaise with applicable regulators for notification / approval on outsourcing activities as required
