Compliance Officer - Middle - Fund Industry

Company Description This international asset management firm specializes in alternative and traditional funds and is expanding its compliance team in Luxembourg. To support its growing activities, the firm is looking for a Middle-Level Compliance Officer. Responsibilities Perform AML / KYC reviews for investors and service providers. Monitor regulatory reporting obligations and coordinate with external administrators. Assist with compliance monitoring plans and perform periodic reviews. Contribute to the drafting and review of fund policies and procedures. Liaise with internal departments and group compliance functions. Profile Degree in Law, Compliance, or Finance. Between 3 and 5 years of experience in fund compliance or investor onboarding. Good understanding of UCITS / AIFMD frameworks and AML / CFT rules. Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
