You have a solid understanding of Virtualisation (VMware), networking, Active Directory, and security principles. You have experience with monitoring and backup tools. You have excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. You have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Technical Lead Linux - System Engineer Industry
IT & Data Services Contract Type : Permanent - InHouse - Luxembourg
Your responsibilities
- You lead, mentor, and develop a team of system engineers, ensuring their growth and performance.
- You oversee the administration and evolution of Linux-based infrastructure, Virtualisation (VMware), networking, and Storage systems.
- You drive automation initiatives using tools such as Ansible, TerraForm, and Kubernetes
- You ensure the availability, security, and compliance of IT systems and networks.
- You manage technical operations including deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
- You collaborate with the CTO and contribute to strategic infrastructure planning.
- You document processes and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
