Onboarding Manager (AIFM / ManCo) - m / f

This role is primarily responsible for onboarding clients, launching or transferring Funds (UCITS and Alternative Investment Funds) at ONE. As a Group role, it includes the coordination of client onboarding across ONE fund management, ONE consult and ONE corporate when services are bundled or single business line focused. The onboarding specialist ensures a seamless setup process, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Over time, the position may evolve integrating an Account Manager role, supporting client relationships across the Group. Onboarding Manager (AIFM / ManCo) - m / f Your Responsibilities Onboarding activities

• Organise kick-off meetings with clients to understand the fund structure, type (UCITS, AIF), and any specifics related to the transfer or setup of structures
• Coordinate internal client acceptance processes through relevant committees
• Schedule and lead regular onboarding calls with clients and service providers, acting as central coordinator across ONE
• Ensure operational aspects of onboarding are identified, addressed internally, and tracked
• Monitor regulatory requirements, including those specific to the AIFM, and PSF and ensure they are fully integrated into the onboarding process
• Coordinate or perform regulatory filings with the CSSF (where required)
• Manage fund passporting procedures in jurisdictions where marketing is foreseen
• Liaise with all ONE entities for the setup of cross-services (e.g. advisory, governance, corporate structuring)
• Ensure proper documentation and system setup across the group to support go-live clients
• Facilitate a smooth transition to business-as-usual activities with internal teams Account Manager (potential evolution of the job)
• Act as Account Manager for the client by acting as the day to day contact person for any matters
• Act as Account Manager internally by managing any request relating to the Funds and the Clients
• Represent ONE at each and every Client Board Meetings
• Ensure invoicing for provided services and appropriate follow up is performed Your profile :
• Around 5 years of experience in the fund or asset management industry, with a strong focus on AIFM / ManCo activities and fund onboarding
• Understanding of how RC, consulting and corporate services integrate into the fund setup process is an asset
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Strong computer literacy
• Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable taking initiative
• Collaborative, with excellent communication and coordination skills
• Organised, flexible, and able to manage multiple onboarding streams in paralleExcellent communication skills
