Fund Operations & Market Account Specialist (M / W / X)

Manpower is seeking an experienced Fund Operations & Market Account Specialist to join the Operations team of a major global asset manager in Luxembourg. You will work within a highly skilled and international environment, supporting UCITS fund operations across European markets.

This role covers both market account opening / maintenance and fund lifecycle events. You will act as an operational coordinator between internal teams and external service providers, ensuring smooth execution of key events such as fund launches, mergers, liquidations, and migrations.

Your mission :

Market account management

• Open and maintain custody market accounts across multiple jurisdictions (Europe & international)
• Coordinate with custodians, internal stakeholders, and legal teams
• Manage regulatory and documentary requirements (including notarization where required)

Fund Lifecycle OperationsSupport and coordinate UCITS fund lifecycle events :

FX & Hedged Share Class Support
