As Chief Risk Officer (m / f / d) at Riverty, you are part of our strategy to become a leading partner for payment solutions in European e-commerce. In this dynamic and ever-changing environment, adherence to regulatory requirements and the establishment of a robust risk management framework are fundamental to the success of our group.

Tasks

• Implementation of the risk management function according to regulatory requirements for credit institutions
• Leading the risk management function as key function holder Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
• Establishment of a risk-taking and risk management framework, including risk limit monitoring and risk appetite statement
• Building and reviewing the ICAAP, ILAAP, and Recovery Plan documents
• Conduct independent research, develop, implement and further continuously elaborate on new regulatory requirements for the institution's risk management
• Development and maintenance of the models and processes used, as well as ongoing maintenance and update of internal documentation and processes
• Regular reporting and advice to authorized management, board of directors, and specialized committees
• Integrating the institution-specific risk management function with the group's risk management
• Ensure smooth coordination and communication with internal control functions, auditors, and supervisory authorities
