Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst Senior at FINSYS Consulting in Luxembourg. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with a leading financial institution on strategic transformation initiatives. You will act as the bridge between business and IT, translating complex requirements into actionable solutions, driving process improvements, and enabling technology adoption. Who you work with? You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across business and technology teams. Your role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution as you facilitate workshops, document business requirements, and support the design of digital solutions. By helping stakeholders align priorities and make data-driven decisions, you will directly impact operational efficiency and business performance. Functions You will bring strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure business needs are fully captured and transformed into implementable solutions. Your key responsibilities will include : Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops. Writing clear and detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows. Supporting the design and implementation of digital and process improvement initiatives. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog in coordination with product owners and project managers. Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring deliverables meet business expectations. Preparing process documentation and training materials to support change management. Identifying opportunities for optimization, risk reduction, and efficiency improvements. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting or technology-driven role. Master's degree in Finance, Technology, or Engineering Proven ability to write user stories, define requirements, and create clear documentation. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across business and IT. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a strong plus. Knowledge of Azure DevOps is a plus. Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or PRINCE2 are a plus. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
