Senior Corporate Officer

IQ Solutions is looking for a Senior Corporate Officer to join one of its clients based in Luxembourg.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a comprehensive range of corporate services to a diverse portfolio of clients in the Real Estate and Private Equity sectors.
• Review legal documentation related to corporate administration.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely receipt of all required documents.
• Oversee the preparation of original legal documents and the finalization of contractual agreements.
• Carry out administrative tasks connected to corporate governance and domiciliation services, within agreed deadlines and under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Coordinate with notaries, lawyers, banks, and external auditors regarding legal documentation, while managing internal corporate records and procedures.
• Draft agreements and other legal documents, and monitor processes before and after their execution.
• File and maintain legal records in compliance with Luxembourg legislation.
• Respond to client requests by prioritizing effectively and ensuring high-quality service that meets demanding client expectations.
• Conduct client entity reviews, assess potential risks, and fulfill responsibilities under review procedures.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records for client entities, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations.
• Adhere to risk management and compliance protocols, including regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
