Due to continue growth they are looking for a new Corporate Officer to join the team on a permanent basis. - Maintain statutory records of Luxembourg companies.
- Update and manage company records with the Luxembourg R.C.S.
- Maintain and manager the internally developed Database.
- Arrange, prepare, and document Board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Prepare Power of Attorneys (PoAs) and other reporting documents.
- Coordinate bank account openings and manage changes in signatory rights. Requirements :
- University Degree.
- Experience in Administration of Private Equity vehicles (SPVs and / or Funds).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
