SPV Accountant / senior SPV Accountant

Your day-to-day  :

• Manage the full accounting cycle of a portfolio of SPVs in line with Luxembourg GAAP and internal procedures.
• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks, ensuring accurate posting and consistent use of the chart of accounts.
• Perform regular reconciliations of balance sheet and P&L accounts, including intercompany positions.
• Conduct weekly bank reconciliations and monitor all cash movements.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting packs for internal stakeholders.
• Draft annual financial statements and coordinate the entire audit process.
• Prepare required regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as fund administration, legal and tax, as well as external service providers.
• Prepare VAT returns and coordinate exchanges with relevant teams or external parties.
• Identify opportunities to streamline tasks or improve existing processes, and contribute to their implementation.
• Monitor operational risks and propose preventive or corrective actions.
• Participate in, or take the lead on, projects related to SPV operations.
