They are seeking a Senior Funds Operations Manager (F / M) to join their Luxembourg-based team.
We are looking for a proactive, business-minded, technology-driven, and detail-oriented professional.
Reporting to the Head of Luxembourg, this role will be key in managing fund operations and supporting the transformation of the function towards enhanced client service and greater scalability. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams (finance, legal, investor relations, investment, compliance, ESG) as well as external stakeholders (central administrators, auditors, depositaries, etc.) across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise the preparation of quarterly reporting (LP reports, capital accounts), capital calls, distributions, complex calculations (hurdles, carried interest, etc.), and monitor cash flows and fund financing, as well as approve fund expenses.
- Actively participate in cross-functional process and technology improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the team.
- Coordinate, review, and oversee the fund accounting process involving external service providers (depositary, administrative agents, auditors) and internal fund controllers.
- Liaise with investor relations teams to address ad-hoc investor queries and prepare tailored investor reports.
- Perform in-depth analysis and forecasting of fund budgets and cash flow statements.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of fund accounts with applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with investment, structuring, and legal teams to facilitate new investments and divestments.
- Monitor and update securities held in the portfolio in coordination with depositary banks.
Profile :
