To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent speaking Luxembourgish, French, English, and German.
Your main responsibilities
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected
- More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed
Support on network infrastructure
Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalationMonitoring critical systemsParticipation to infrastructure improvement projectsYour profile
You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...Fluent in French, English, German and LuxembourgishOpen-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environmentStrong team spirit and customer orientationVery important : given the 24 / 7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is requiredITIL certification would be a valuable assetIf at the end of the recruitment process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
