Description

  • Support the Private Markets Monitoring Team in executing tasks stemming from the rebranding initiative.
  • Coordinate with external administrators of private investments to update the company’s AML / KYC package and communicate new bank account details.
  • Handle queries from external partners to finalize the AML / KYC review process.
  • Review the registration details of the existing portfolio of private assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with fund administrators to ensure timely updates of the company’s KYC / AML documentation.
  • Collaborate with company directors to revise Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) details and update shareholders’ registers.
  • Interact effectively with both internal and external partners to streamline processes and ensure smooth communication.
  • Ensure proper documentation, organization, and filing of all collected and analyzed materials.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Has at least one year of experience in Private Equity or Real Estate fund administration, ideally within a management company, bank, insurance firm, or similar financial institution.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and hands-on attitude, taking full ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
  • Possesses excellent organizational and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adopts a service-oriented and solution-focused approach, contributing effectively to collaborative work environments.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in another European language considered an asset.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach.

  • Monthly salary indication : € 3501 - € 4500
