Service Now Engineer (CDI)

Role responsibilities :

The service Now Engineer is responsible for configuring,developing and maintaining the Service Now Platform,ensuring its stability,automation, and integration with IT and business processes while aligning with ITIL best practices.

Your role :

• Administer, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM based on business requirements.
• Ensure the stability, performance and security of the platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Automate workflows and processes.
• Work with an ITIL framework, supporting incident, change and problem management processes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BA, PM, IT Teams, Banking operations to ensure stability and enhancement of the system.
• Demonstrate good organizational, communication and writing skills. Keep up to date with the latest evolutions of the ServiceNow platform
