Your role

We are looking for a part-time HR Administrative Assistant who thrives in a structured environment, excels at organization, and takes pride in maintaining control over their workload. The ideal candidate will play a central role in supporting our recruitment activities, particularly in offer management for research positions, ensuring smooth processes and excellent candidate experiences. You are passionate about building strong and professional relationships with stakeholders. Making a great impression is what you do - on the phone, online, and in person.

Your profile

  • Background in HR administration. Experience with employment contracts and offer management is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with research or academic environments is desirable, since the role involves supporting offers for research positions with specific requirements
  • Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset : enjoys working with workflows, checklists, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation; e.g. contracts, candidate data
  • Skilled in professional communication (written and spoken), able to liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues in a clear and service-oriented manner
  • Comfortable with HR systems / ATS and common office tools; e.g. Excel, Outlook, Teams
  • Languages : Fluent english required; knowledge of French and / or German is an advantage
