We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible. Your responsibilities : - You are responsible for the orders and invoices process cycle for Flen Health entities - You are in charge of processing the claim (including exchange of the sales goods and credit notes) - You take care of providing samples of our products to the Sales Team - You assist the logistics manager regarding the stock procurement for Flen Health entities - You are assisting on transportation of products in Europe and outside Europe - You liaise and collaborate closely with the sales team and the customers - You bring support in cleaning the customer data and in creating product information in view of the new ERP Project Your qualifications & experience : - You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business administration or related field - You can demonstrate initial experience in a logistics, supply chain or transport department, or an experience that shows a structured mind and a strong attention to detail in administrative tasks. - You are proficient in MS Office : comfortable using Excel - You are efficient with technical and dedicated digital tools and applications - You have excellent organizational and planning skills - You are fluent in English both spoken and written - A good command of Dutch, both spoken and written is a strong asset, any other language such as French or German are an asset Poste à pourvoir rapidement secteur Esch-sur-Alzette Temps plein Cette ann...
