HR Generalist BeNeLux

As a HR Generalist BeNeLux, your responsibilities are :

• Managing HR operations for BeNeLux region
• Developing, implementing, and coordinating HR policies and procedures
• Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, in collaboration with the center of expertise abroad
• Managing (sometimes complex) employee relations and addressing any issues that arise
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Providing support for various HR projects, manage the HR budget in line with the Global HR department
