As a HR Generalist BeNeLux, your responsibilities are :
- Managing HR operations for BeNeLux region
- Developing, implementing, and coordinating HR policies and procedures
- Assisting in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, in collaboration with the center of expertise abroad
- Managing (sometimes complex) employee relations and addressing any issues that arise
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Providing support for various HR projects, manage the HR budget in line with the Global HR department
A successful HR Generalist BeNeLux should have :
A degree in Human Resources or related fieldProficiency in HR systems and databasesExcellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations in LuxembourgStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityProficient in English and French; Dutch knowledge is a plus but not mandatoryAbility to thrive in a matrix organizationStrong business skills to accompany the growth of the BeNeLux marketGain exposure to diverse labor laws and cultural environments
