Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner for the country / region leadership team to develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategic objectives for thepany.
• Oversee financial activity ensuring that all relevant requirements arepliant with local and EU regulatory standards.
• Ensure the financial integrity of thepany and be fully accountable for the accuracy of thepany's financial statements and drive the statutory and safeguarding audits.
• Provide support on all tax matters related topliance and manage relationships with Luxembourg tax authorities, including responding to queries, managing audits, and handling any challenges, disputes, and tax litigation.
• Implement and perform financial regulatory reporting to the CSSF.
• Provide support for license applications and set up the optimal business entity structure in Luxembourg, considering future expansion plans.
• Assist the business in analyzing and structuringmercial transactions and contractual arrangements, as well as support new business ventures, products, or services.
• Provide financial oversight and drive controls in Luxembourg.
• Budget, forecast, and oversee current and future investments and capital structures.
• Manage the financial health of the business in the region and ensure that various key financial metrics are accurately maintained and reported.
• Be aware of the law, regulation, andpliance requirements of the regulated payments industry and work closely with thepany's legal and tax teams, regulators, and law enforcement agencies as required.
