Description de posteManage and oversee the financial operations of two entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Prepare consolidated financial statements and individual reports for each entity. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections. Present detailed financial analysis and insights to the CEO to support strategic decision-making. Provide strategic advice on cost management, revenue opportunities, and financial planning. Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures across both entities. Identify and mitigate financial risks while ensuring the alignment of financial goals with business objectives. Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements in Luxembourg. Coordinate and manage audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies. Oversee VAT filings, and other statutory obligations. Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury management. Supervise and streamline billing, invoicing, and payment processes. Maintain relationships with banks, suppliers, and other financial stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or MBA preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role, preferably managing multiple entities. In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
