Junior International Debt Capital Markets Lawyer

Department purpose

Our International Debt Capital Markets (DCM) department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.

Role purpose

We are currently looking for a Junior Lawyer in our International Debt Capital Markets department.
