To reinforce our teams, we are looking for an experienced Service Desk agent speaking French, English, German and Luxembourgish,
Your main responsibilities :
- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected.
More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed :
Support on network infrastructure,
Call handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation,Monitoring critical systems,Participation to infrastructure improvement projects.Your profile :
You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint...Fluent in French, English, German and LuxembourgishOpen-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environmentStrong team spirit and customer orientationVery important : given the 24 / 7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is requiredITIL certification would be a valuable assetIf at the end of the recruitment process your application is successful, you will be asked for a criminal record.
