We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities :
- You are responsible for the orders and invoices process cycle for Flen Health entities
- You are in charge of processing the claim (including exchange of the sales goods and credit notes)
- You take care of providing samples of our products to the Sales Team
- You assist the logistics manager regarding the stock procurement for Flen Health entities
- You are assisting on transportation of products in Europe and outside Europe
- You liaise and collaborate closely with the sales team and the customers
- You bring support in cleaning the customer data and in creating product information in view of the new ERP Project
Your qualifications & experience :
You hold a Bachelor or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business administration or related fieldYou can demonstrate initial experience in a logistics, supply chain or transport department, or an experience that shows a structured mind and a strong attention to detail in administrative tasks.You are proficient in MS Office : comfortable using ExcelYou are efficient with technical and dedicated digital tools and applicationsYou have excellent organizational and planning skillsYou are fluent in English both spoken and writtenA good command of Dutch, both spoken and written is a strong asset, any other language such as French or German are an assetPoste à pourvoir rapidement secteur Esch-sur-Alzette
